Research And Development

NS Fasteners expends nearly 2% of its annual revenue on Research and Development, innovation, and New Product Development (NPD). The NSF R&D team creates an average of 50 new products per month.

Our specialty is in Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Our products adhere to ISO 9001:2008, and we utilize various techniques such as FMEA, GD &T, QFD, and international standards like JIS to verify our designs.

We possess a dedicated testing laboratory and employ software tools such as Pro E, AutoCAD, and NX Unigraphics to fabricate designs that are free from defects and adhere to exact specifications. Our products undergo comprehensive validation and endurance limit tests. When required, we provide maintenance and monitor the performance of our products at the customer’s end.

Our prototyping facility allows us to create sample products for our customers so that they may examine and finalize the design. We have a complete testing facility that examines product performance, durability, and reliability.
